Sungevity SMS Program Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sungevity’s SMS texting program (our “SMS Program”).
Sungevity offers subscription text message programs. Customers may opt-in to receive alerts from Sungevity which may include:
- Appointment Reminders
- Service and Support Notifications
- Marketing and Promotional Alerts
Electronic Signature – E-Sign Act
By entering your mobile phone number and clicking the “Send” button, you consent to receive informational and promotional text messages from Sungevity. Clicking the “Send” button is your electronic signature and the equivalent to providing a written signature confirming your consent to receive Sungevity text messages. If you do not consent, you will not be able to sign up for these messages. Instructions on how to withdraw your consent are found below in the section entitled “Opt-Out.”
Sungevity reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the SMS Program will mean that you accept those changes. As such, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use our SMS Program.
Message frequency varies based on the specific SMS program(s) you select. Message amount and frequency will be stated in your confirmation message upon opt-in.
Sungevity does not have a separate charge for this service; however, message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, and your receipt of the messages may be subject to the terms and conditions of your mobile carrier.
By providing your consent to participate in the SMS Program, you approve any such charges from your mobile carrier. Charges for text messages may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid balance.
Sungevity reserves the right to terminate this SMS service, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You are responsible for managing the types of SMS texts you receive. If you have any questions or need help, text HELP to (510) 257-9522, or call (866-786-4255).
You can unsubscribe from Sungevity SMS messages at any time by:
- Texting STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OR QUIT to (510) 257-9522;
- Emailing email@example.com with “SMS Message Opt-Out” in the subject line; or
- Updating your subscription preferences on the preferences management page.
By enrolling in this subscription program, you consent that following a request to unsubscribe, you will receive one (1) final message from Sungevity confirming that you have been removed from the program, and further instructions if you are enrolled in more than one of Sungevity’s SMS programs. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages relating to that program will be sent unless you re-activate your subscription.
